Summary
This documentation of the Haskins Building has been prepared and assembled by the Rockport Chamber Music Festival in order to fulfill the requirements stated in the Rockport Historic District Commission's Certificate No. 621 issued August 24, 2007. Certificate No. 621 is the Certificate of Appropriateness issued in support of demolition of the existing Haskins Building at 37 Main Street, Rockport, Massachusetts, and replacement with a new building, the Shalin Liu Performance Center. The primary function of the Shalin Liu Center will be that of a 330-seat concert hall. Every accessible condition of the Haskins Building has now been digitally recorded
